One of the many things that we have learned from the lessons of 2008 is that it is so important to focus on yield and not solely on capital appreciation when considering property as an investment.

We believe that property prices in the UK will continue to rise over the medium to long term due to supply and demand pressures and that property still represents one of the best investments you can make.

Our primary focus is to buy properties in need of some work in areas of regeneration and high tenant demand. This ensures that we are buying at the best price possible, adding value through refurbishment and achieving consistent rental income while minimising downside risk.
